Drive Thru Headsets we don't repair

Unsupported headsets

At Sound Products, we take pride in our expertise and ability to repair a wide range of drive-thru communication systems. However, there are certain models that we are unable to repair due to limited availability of parts or our specialization in specific brands. Unfortunately, we are unable to repair PAR XT-1, C1060, HME HS6200, HME HS6000, and Panasonic Attune II headsets. As a PAR/3M shop, we are unable to source parts for the older C1060 and XT-1 systems. Additionally, we do not offer repairs for HME or Panasonic drive-thru headsets. While we are unable to repair these specific models, we encourage you to reach out to us for any other drive-thru communication system repairs or replacements. Our team is committed to providing exceptional service for the brands and models we specialize in.

Getting older headsets repaired is a great option. Depending on the model and the age of the headsets, the older the headset is the more likely the headset is to break. Our technicians’ repairs are of the highest quality, but sometimes things happen.
